Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated 13 July 2026

1. Who we are

This site and the service it describes are operated by MonarqX (ABN 32 138 922 129), Sydney, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Contact for anything in this policy: dylan@grafta.com.au.

2. What we collect

Please don't send us other people's sensitive personal information. If documents you provide contain personal details of your customers or staff that we don't need, we remove or ignore them.

3. How we use it

Only to assess, build and run your service: classifying how your business operates, preparing your build plan, drafting your documents in your style, and reporting to you. We do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or use your information to build services for anyone else.

4. Who processes it

We use a small set of processing platforms to operate the service: workflow automation (n8n), AI text processing (Anthropic), email and storage (Google Workspace), and — where your service includes messaging — Meta's WhatsApp Business platform and/or SMS providers. Some of these providers store data outside Australia (including the United States). We only pass them what the service needs to run.

5. Security

We never ask for or store your passwords or banking credentials; system access is granted by you through each platform's own user controls and is revocable by you at any time. Access to your information within our team is limited to the people operating your service.

6. Access, correction and deletion

You can ask at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you or your business, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. On cancellation we return your data in a portable format and delete our working copies within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep. Email dylan@grafta.com.au — we respond within a reasonable period.

7. Marketing

If we contact you about the service, we identify who we are and honour opt-outs immediately, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Reply "no thanks" to any message from us and you won't hear from us again.

8. This site

This website is a static page: it sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics that identify you. Information reaches us only when you submit a form.

9. Complaints and changes

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). We'll post any updates to this policy on this page.
